The 2018 When Leaders Lead Conference is for women of all ages who desire to serve or already serve in the home, church or workplace.
The name of this conference is taken from a phrase in the song of Deborah in Judges 5 where God raised her up as a “mother in Israel.” She willingly stepped out in obedience to lead and inspire others to walk in God’s call. “When leaders lead in Israel, when the people willingly offer themselves, bless the LORD!” (Judges 5:2).
The desire for those who attend this year’s conference is that they would be inspired to lead and serve, and walk in His call with JOY! The theme verse is Nehemiah 8:10b: “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”
